Therapy Dogs
We know that not all of our puppies will qualify as Stability or Task Assistance Dogs.
Therefore we have developed a Therapy Dog training programme where our dogs are partnered with children and adults as specially trained companion dogs to boost confidence and provide companionship on a day-to-day basis.
Our Therapy dogs also work in community healthcare settings such as hospitals and therapy settings with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and play therapists.
For a number of years we have worked with the Mercy Hospital in Cork where our specially trained Therapy Dogs are brought in to visit patients and staff.
